David Barker’s directorial debut explores what might happen if two predatory men were to lure a woman into a sexual trap, who proved to be stronger, smarter and more cunning than them.

A modern transgressive thriller, Pimped is a film which follows Sarah Montrose, a woman who isn’t well-equipped to live within society’s accepted lines of behaviour, struggling with her own identity, desires, and loves. When all this is threatened by a monster, Sarah calls on all her strength and cunning to do battle with a psychopath, and her own inner demon.

After contributing contributing to picture, sound and deliverables, we had the pleasure of attending the Sydney Premiere of ‘Pimped’. We are so proud of being associated with an indie feature that punches so far above its weight!

Pimped is playing in selected cinemas nationally.

“This stylish debut feature by Australian writer/director David Barker may have been done on a low budget but size doesn't inhibit its ambitions as it dials up from thriller to horror movie to a full-throated cry of revenge in just 80 minutes”
